Wat is VITA STORIES?
Die VITA STORIES reeks bestaan uit 24 stories en inkleurprente wat spesiaal ontwikkel is om kinders met Lewensvaardighede te help. Elke storie behandel ‘n ander sosiale kwessie wat relevant is tot kinders in die ouderdomsgroep 5 tot 9. Die kwessie word dan verder aangespreek en behandel aan die hand van ‘n lysie vragies oor die storie. Hierdie vragies is spesiaal gestruktureer om individuele gesprekke of klasgesprekke uit te lok en te stimuleer. Met behulp van die storie word hierdie kwessies aan kinders verduidelik in hulle eie taal, en op ‘n baie “veilige” manier.

What is VITA STORIES?
The VITA STORIES series consists of 24 stories and colouring activities specially created to help children with various Life Skills. Each story tackles another social issue relevant to the world of children in the age group 5 to 9. The issue is addressed in the story and further explained at the hand of a list of questions about the story. The questions are formulated to trigger individual – or class discussions and to stimulate dialogue about these difficult subjects. With the help of the story, these issues are explained to children in their own language, and in
a very “safe” way.
